Villa Anemona is located in Akrotiri just 2 km far away from Zakynthos town and about 3,2 km distance from the splendid beach of tourist Tsilivi village.
To reach our villa you just have to follow the beautiful promenade of Zakynthos towards Tsilivi village.
As soon as you'll leave the town the road will start to get on with many turnings... it means you're reaching Akrotiri area; the first romantic stone house you'll see it will be our Villa Anemona.
Morover Tsilivi town with its long sandy beach and with many tourist facilities is only 2 km far.
It offers any kind of service and entertainment like shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, car and bike Rentals, mini-golf, bowling, fun park, waterpark...
Apart of Tsilivi this part of the island offers some of the nicest bays.
Near our villa there are many small bays and two big beaches to enjoy your time relaxing and having unforgettable swim in the blue Ionian water.

In a short distance from our Villa Anemona there is a natural small port where you can leave your boat docked.
Bar on the beach
In addition, only 300 meters from the villa, within an easy walking distance, there is a big snack-bar with garden provided with sun loungers and umbrellas right on the sea front.
There is direct access to the sea with only few steps and a small beach not crowded.
